You'll receive your gallery of proofs where you can pick your favourite photos within 48 hours of your shoot. Once I receive your selection the photos will be individually edited and you'll receive your gallery of high resolution photos within two weeks of receiving your selection.
I've previously shot outdoors, at different studios, people's homes and my own home studio for the portrait sessions. It all depends what aligns with the look and feel you're going for.
If you're going for a minimalistic look, you might want to hire a studio space as we all know that our home might sometimes get cluttered. If you've set up your own home studio or spent time decorating it so it really feels like you and fits your brand that's a fantastic option. Or if you want to capture seasonal content, outdoors might be the best fit for you.
Don't worry, that's something we'll discuss on our call and I have plenty of studio recommendations if that's what you decide to go with.
When deciding what to wear, think about what you feel confident and comfortable in. What makes you feel good and empowered. Go for clothes that fit well and don't crease easily.
When it comes to your branding, also consider your brand colours and go for either those colours or the ones that fit with them to make sure you could seamlessly incorporate your new photos into your website and socials. If you're not 100% sure about your colour scheme yet, I'd recommend keeping it neutral for your shoot. We'll discuss more when planning your shoot.
Of course! Your shoot should represent what you do and give your audience as accurate an insight as possible into what working with you looks like. Bringing your own props is very much encouraged to really make your shoot your own.
All packages are designed so they include a number of photos to give you a good variety of all the different set ups and outfits that we go through during our time together. I know it's only human to feel like we'd like to get all the photos just in case, but I can guarantee you that you'll be getting all the best photos from your shoot. I don't send over unedited photos as they don't accurately represent my brand and work. It's like sending off a half finished painting. If you feel like you'd like to get extra images, these can be purchased individually or as a bundle after the shoot.
